I brought my iPhone in to replace the cracked screen and in all other aspects the phone was functioning properly. The repair was made and the phone appeared to be working properly.

Within an hour after receiving the phone , it turned off 5 times and registered only 1% on the battery despite it being plugged in to recharge for 30 minutes. I returned to the store and described the condition. I was told I needed a new battery and inferred that the repair had nothing to do with the battery. Battery was good before screen replaced and bad after repair.
After a short go around with the clerk he said he would warranty the battery and replace it- come back in an hour. I returned 1 hour later and received my phone with a functional battery. I asked what was the problem and only stated they replaced the battery.

No sorry for the inconvenience of driving to the store 4x or admitting something went wrong like a pinched wire. I forgot to ask for the original battery so I can only assume they actually replaced it.

Yes Batteries Plus did replace the battery(?) free of charge but only grudgingly and with attitude . I will not come back for ANY product from Plus. Next time I will take the phone to Apple and pay more!

Went in November 13th to order a battery for my phone. Over a month later, I went in to see why it was taking so long to come in, since they told me it was coming from Chicago. They had to “reorder it” because “someone” messed up”. Battery finally comes in and I dropped my phone off on Saturday December 18th. Was told it would take a couple hours. 3 hours later was told they couldn’t do the repair and it would have to be shipped to their repair facility and it would take 3 days. 6 days later I get a call saying that it was finished(Dec. 24th). Went to finally get my phone and was told they couldn’t replace the battery and they didn’t even ship it out. Was in the store the whole time. I literally wasted over a months time that I could’ve used to find someone else to do the repair. Horrible communication, substandard service. I wouldn’t recommend them to replace the batteries in my TV remote.

I called the company I bought my Nook Color from. It was one of the first readers ever created. I was told I would have to purchase a new Nook because there wasn’t a battery replacement. Wow!!! Were they wrong. I ordered a battery for it from Batteries Plus and when it came in they put it in my Nook Color. A month later and my Nook Color is working better than ever before. Much easier to download from the library. Thank you Batteries Plus. I love my Nook Color and I am happy to have it functioning again!
