Ian and Christian were amazing. They quoted me a time to get my cracked screen and battery replaced.
While they quoted the price; another customer came in and his screen cost was so high it was cheaper to get a new phone. They professionally explained the reasoning and offered to take care of the customer. The customer thanked them for their honesty and willingness to replace the screen.
I came back about 5 mins before their quoted time and it was ready. They offered a screen protector for another $9. I said yes and they did it while I paid.

I was searching for the nearest Apple store to replace the battery on my IPhone and saw that Batteries Plus Bulbs changed iPhone batteries. I called the store and spoke with Christian. He was so nice over the phone, so I scheduled my appointment online for the next day. When I arrived for my appointment, it was right on time. The service was excellent! The shop went way out of their way for me. They were out of my particular cell phone battery and the manager went to another store to get one. They were quick and NO FINGERPRINTS! I just knew there was going to be smudges or something, but there wasn’t at all. And best of all my phone is like new again!! Highly recommend.
