If I could this would be ZERO STARS!!!!!

The entire experience was a disaster. 1st I arrived and was told a tech that could do I Phones was not in but another guy offered. Came back an hour later took phone, upon plugging it in it would not charge and all of a sudden, I had grey shade marks on the screen. I took phone back and was told “oh well that battery may not work on a 6s..” so they dug my old battery out of the trash and said you will need to go to an Apple store. They put battery in, but lines remained, after getting up set and YELLING that “um” is not an answer about the lines, owner agreed to put a new screen on. Came back two hours later got phone took to a Mac repair store who opened phone but could not remove the battery due to the type of tape used. Why would you stick the battery in when you told me already that I needed to go to the another store to be fixed!!! So, my wife called in tears from the Verizon lot as we started the process to get a new phone when Eric said he might be able to get it out. So back to store we went. Eric did get it out but put it back with no tape, so we could return to the Mac store to get a battery. Eric was the only upside of the entire day and experience with the store. Do not attempt or advertise things beyond what you can do.

I signed up online for a screen repair appointment to replace my cracked screen on my Galaxy S7. After just a couple of hours, I got an email saying my appointment had been rescheduled for almost 36 hours after my original appointment, one hour before the store closed. I show up at the appointed time and was told it’s a 2-hour repair and I would have to leave my phone overnight. Was told they would email me when it was done. I called the store at 1:30 PM the next day to be told it was JUST done . I picked it up and it seemed fine but only after getting the phone home, I discovered there were numerous streaks across the display. Hardly worth the $200+ cost to fix the screen. As time went on, the screen developed more and more dark streaks. Now, after approximately 13 hours post-repair, the screen is almost completely dark and the phone is unusable. I will be going to the store as soon as it open to demand they either fix the phone right or refund my credit card.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful both on the phone and in store. I sent my teenage daughter in to have her iPhone screen replaced. They were very nice to her as well and had it done in less time than they said which ended up being about 45 min. Additionally, other stores didn’t have a replacement since the phone is older – iPhone 6, but they had the part in stock. My daughter is flying in a couple days by herself and very happy she’s able to have a phone with her! I will definitely come here again!
