Charles gave fantastic service. I had to bring my phone in earlier than my appointment because of a schedule conflict on my part, and then I couldn’t return until one minute to close. He was accommodating and happy to help despite my being unable to adhere to the scheduled appointment.
I will go on to say that I have used batteries plus a handful of times, for a few different services and have always been satisfied with the customer service, price point and convenience of having my phone repaired in town and returned to me the same day. Thank you!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with not just superficial courtesy but with enthusiasm and a happy employee. The cell phone battery replacement was fast and efficient in every way. That young man gave me renewed faith in the younger generation coming along in these customer support positions. I know there are a lot of just unfortunately nasty customers out here in the general public making being enthusiastic, happy and courteous a lot of the time. It was so pleasant to see it made my day.

I came in the store to have my old battery replaced. They put the new one in. Then the camera wouldn’t work or the phone speaker. When they opened the phone up– wires broke. We were visiting and leaving in a few days. They said they didn’t know if they could get the part before we left. BUT they called and said they found the part.. and they had it put together in 30 min! Thx so much for getting it done before we left. Appreciate you fixing it in record time.
