I brought my Iphone in to get a new battery. That went fine, but in the process, something having to do with the volume was broken. The hour repair ended up being more like 4 hours, but it was fixed. Joe was very pleasant & explained everything. However, this morning I realized that although the volume was fixed, I am unable to get my phone to VIBRATE on silent mode. This is important for my work livelihood, and I’m very unhappy at this time. I have already missed an order for my work. I rely on the vibrate option during the night to ‘hear’ my orders. After all this, I’m guessing I’ll need a new phone. This does NOT make me happy.

I needed a replacement battery in my Samsung Galaxy S6. I called and asked the price for the battery and time to install. Both were very reasonable. I dropped by and left the S6. The time and price were quoted again to me. They were exactly as they had previously quoted.
I left the phone with them for the installation and ran some errands. I returned exactly when they had promised me the installation would be complete. My Galaxy was ready to go.
In summary, the customer service, professionalism and installation were outstanding. I will recommend them to anyone that has a cell phone battery problem.

I was there early…not too long after 8 AM opening. Needed a new phone battery. 30 minutes was required. I poked around the area, had a cup of coffee at neighboring Panera. Went back about 50 minutes later. Phone done. Price reduced by 10% because I had a coupon. I will be back if my wife needs a battery…same age as my phone, but holding up. Good pleasant service, we’ll see about the longevity of this battery.
