I USUALLY receive immediate attention, and I am always appreciative of the fast service. However, this time I had to leave an item for repair. I did not receive a phone call the day my repair was due. I left a msg, had to call again, to learn my repair would be a day late.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 plus I work with this phone I use it personally it’s very important to me. The day that the battery died I needed it fixed ASAP. They got it done in under an hour. Very amazing customer service!! Good job JORDAB
