I was So happy that they picked my phone up while I was getting a pedicure next-door. But… I picked up my phone ran a couple errands and I realized my camera did not work. I called them and they asked me to bring it back , which I did, I waited for about 15-20 minutes they said it only take a minute.I asked if I could run errand. They said yes I came back 20 minutes later and they were still there. I waited another 15-20 minutes then I needed to run home because I had meat in the car. I returned an hour and a half later picked up my phone got my car realized my invisia- screen was cracked. Had to go back in the store again – he suggested charging me and I said no way. I got on the screen and I left -so far my phone has been working OK.
Disappointing feel like I should have been compensated for my time back and forth!

The gentleman who waited on me was extremely kind & very knowledgeable. I thought I had lost many photo’s of my so who had passed away. No one was willing to help me at AT&T, where I have always done business & have never changed carriers. I was so disappointed & upset when I left AT&T. I was beside myself. I went from there to Batteries Plus & within 1/2 an hour, he replaced the battery in my phone & had it up & running. I couldn’t thank that man enough for helping me that way he did & all the while I was choking back tears. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

While the staff was professional and friendly I disappointed tha replacing my screen has affected the functionality of my phone. The light is much darker, my volume buttons don’t work. When I try to use them the icon stays on the center of the screen. Battery is getting extremely hot. For the $ i would just buy a new one. And I have.
