Went to the location on a weekday evening to get a battery replaced in my phone. Was told on my first stop they did not have a technician to do it. So I went back on a Saturday and was told that I needed to make an appointment and that I should do it online. I went home and set the appointment up for the following Monday evening at 6:30 and received an email confirmation. Before going to the location for a third time (I received no call to reschedule), I called and was told, there would be no technician on duty…..so I rescheduled to the following afternoon at 4:00. When I showed up on Tuesday at about 3:50, was told that the technician had a sick child and would not be in. So this my third time to the store just to get a battery replaced. And my fourth contact. During my third visit, my battery finally did get replaced and ironically enough from the very first person who told me she could not do it because she was not a technician. Very upsetting….but in the end, they gave me 50% off the bill and the battery was ultimately replaced. They need much better scheduling and communication if they intend to stay open.

I feel it took too long, the place is understaffed. There could be a better system, they said 2 hours but because people came in after me and got waited on right away. So my repair gets pushed back because they have to wait on others, but I was there before them. Just doesn’t seem right! Other than that everything else was good. The place was very busy, so yes I feel more than one person should be working at a time.

They were able to change my dying battery at the same time. I didn’t call ahead or set up an appointment. I needed to leave it there for a few hours, but this is WAY better than waiting for Apple’s service and then paying their ridiculous prices!!! Thank you Batteries Plus!!!!
