I had a phone repaired here recently and the experience at We Fix It Phone Repair (inside of Batteries Plus Bulbs) was great.

They were very helpful over the phone when I initially called and let me know that a part needed to be ordered since it wasn’t a common repair. The part did take a little longer to come in than expected, but in the end it was taken care of quickly.

The repair took less than an hour and saved me the hassle of trying to figure out how to replace the part myself. The phone looked great and I haven’t had any issues since the repair was completed.

I will definitely take my phone in for future repairs should I need them.

No reservations. Have been a customer of this store for other purposes in the past, and the level of service has been consistently great, the prices reasonable, and stock always available.

Used We Fix It at this Batteries Plus location through a SquareTrade claim and it was a breeze. I setup my appointment the day before for a screen replacement, gave them my claim number, then dropped off my phone for about an hour and a half and got a new screen and batter (the battery is free with a screen replacement). Highly recommend!
