Rick was the only employee working today and there were 2 other customers when I walked in. He helped them, was very courteous and efficient and then took my info and gave me an estimate on how long it would take to replace my cracked phone screen. He explained that if other customers came in he’d have to stop and take care of them. A few more folks stopped in and Rick expeditiously handled them and then went to work on my phone. He was done quicker than anticipated, was so polite, never vexed with the constant flow of customers. I asked if he owned the store…..he took that much interest. Great service, kind and polite. I highly recommend going in when Rick is there!

Very disappointed in the service at this location. Dropped my phone off at noon for a screen repair, wasn’t ready until 5:30 when I was told 1:30. When getting my phone back the man explained that they had broken the home button and did so in an extremely rude manner. Still had to pay for the screen repair and now have to live with a broken phone until further notice. Also the reaction time on the screen is extremely slow making it almost impossible to use my already broken phone. Due to my age and gender I believe that the man helping me was being extremely condescending and rude. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible experience.

What a joke, and a bad one. Made an appointment online, told them I had a Motorola, then showed up and a sullen guy said they can’t fix Motorola’s, only Samsungs. Well they advertise that they fix Motorola, and all I had was a tiny crack in the screen, but he was not even apologetic. Bad attitude, unprofessional. I’d never spend a penny in that place.
