Im so sad about what this gentleman did to me and treat me today. He raised his voice on me, and was trying to blame me for go and ask something about a phone the store repair and apparently my kids drop off. His manners, his way of communications are not from a civilized person who should be working in a store where people comes and go. Since the first time I approached him the day I drop my phone to be fix I received this experience and attitude. At first, i thought he was having a bad day; but clearly is a man who has bad personal issues or trauma; and should not be around people. He refused to gave me back my Iphone, when I ask for it, until I heard him. This is so disrespectful from any employer.

This guys should not be around ANYONE.

Is a Danger.

Brought my Samsung tablet in to get the charger port repaired and they said the wouldn’t do it because it may need to be soldered and they don’t do that kind of work… right and this is supposed to be a place that works on all tablet’s including samsung.

Outstanding service. I came here because they always have the batteries I need, but I have never used them for phone repair. I made the appointment online and when I came at the appointed time, was greeted courteously and my device was registered. I was told it would take about an hour, so I left and returned about an hour later. The phone was fixed and I checked out and left. The staff were very professional and I highly recommend the s place.
