I really made a mistake – a stupid mistake – with my cell. At first the guys didn’t think they would be able to help me because I really did a number on it and the phone would have to be taken completely apart. I guess they saw the desperation in my face. I went to batteries plus after rage-quitting the Apple store 45 minutes past my appointment time. At the Apple store I would have waited nearly 3 hours to get a battery replaced that came with a 30 day warranty. I would equate the Apple Store to the DMV but that’s an insult to the DMV.

As for batteries plus, you have a customer for life now: I walked out of batteries plus with a new battery in my iPhone after just 25 minutes. The battery came with a 12 month warranty. Great job, BP!
