I called three times and was asked to wait on hold. 15 minutes of listening to their marketing playback about how great they are at fixing cell phones and tablets and whenever I finally get to speak to them they tell me that they only do iPhones. I asked them how much they would charge to fix a charging port on my iPhone 6s and I was put on hold for another ten minutes before I just hung up. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this customer service was just abhorrent and I think it would be a disservice to the community if I didn’t give people a chance to avoid the ridiculous waste of time that they subjected me too. And to the staff and owner of this establishment I hope that this is not the usual level of customer service that you provide or your business is not going to be around for very long .

Dropped my phone perfectly on the corner and cracked my screen so only half was usable. Called in for repair details and Anthony got me set up asap. When I arrived I was helped very quickly and told they’d call when it was ready. Less than an hr later I was back in picking up my fully fixed phone. Anthony was again very personable and informative. Let me know about other services that they offer that i hadn’t noticed since I was so focused on just getting my phone done. I will be back to get my car battery check and possibly replaced and keyes if I ever need them. . Thank you Anthony for your great attitude and service.

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately it took almost a full day to fix the phone. The original screen they got was defective so I left my phone over night. Than the new one was suppose to be there by 1130 next day for pickup around 1. My wife waited in town and still by 230 no phone..finally got picked up by my mother around 4. I had dropped it off the day before around 350. Staff was friendly but dropped the ball on on the actual work.
