Everyone at the store that I dealt with on the day of the order for the part and today to drop off my phone for the repair was very friendly and helpful. The time estimate was spot on for how long the repair would take (1.5 hours). They even called me this morning to let me know the part was in so I could drop by with my phone so they could repair it. They even found a $10 coupon they could apply to the repair, which was fantastic. I’m thrilled that my phone’s screen is fixed. Hopefully no problems will arise as I never had any to begin with, other than a cracked screen.

Service was excellent! Booked my appointment online they got me in right away even before the time requested. They replace my cracked screen and my battery and with my online coupons was under $100. Store is very clean employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and prompt. This is my second visit in a year in both the Manchester and Nashua New Hampshire locations. Both locations Were spot on with customer service. I would highly recommend using batteries plus for any cell phone repair service don’t forget to look for your coupons online.

I made an appointment online to have the battery in my I-Phone 6S replaced. In doing so, it saved me $10! Even though the store was quite busy when I arrived, my battery was replaced quickly and I was on my way in no more than 15 minutes. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
