My cell phone needed its screen replaced, a 90 minute job that costs $229. I made an appointment online, as prompted by the website, at the location nearest my home. Only after I arrived was I informed that location didn’t have the screen for my phone model. Only 1 location in the state had my screen, in a city 30 minutes north. I used Google Maps to direct me to the address listed on the website for that location, only to end up in a corn field (the address on the website was incorrect). Once I arrived at the correct location, i waited 30 minutes in line while the sole employee (the manager) helped those in front of me as well as those who called on the store phone. The manager said he would take $10 off the price of my repair for my troubles (I planned on using a $10 online coupon anyway, so that didn’t save me anything). When I returned 90 minutes later to pick up my repaired phone, the manager informed me the screen he put on was faulty, and my phone was no longer usable until a replacement screen could be obtained. I left my phone at the store (I couldn’t use it anyway). SIX DAYS LATER, my phone was ready! The manager said he’d ‘take care of me.’ He only discounted $30 off the total price, in addition to the $10 discount he promised 6 days prior (a $40 total discount). The entire experience was unacceptable! I will never use Batteries + Bulbs again.

I made my appointment online. I showed up at my designated time and dropped off my cell phone for a battery replacement. I dropped off at 9:30 and was told it would be ready by noon. I showed up at 11:45 and it was ready to go and now, I don’t have to have my phone plugged in constantly just to use it. Sales technician was knowledgeable and friendly and by making the appointment online, I even save $10. Awesome experience.

Great service! I got the batttery in my phone replaced. The gentlemen were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They also gave me tips on preserving my battery. There were so many people that day. Each one was taken care of in a timely fahion and cheerfully. Definitely will go back which is quite a drive. I was sad when the Batteries + Bulbs in our town closed.
