I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and asked a few questions one day … the guy was nice and helped me out with my questions to which my brother and myself were planning on spending alot of money in store. . HOWEVER & A BIG HOWEVER…
I called the next day just to confirm a couple things and whoever I spoke to must have been miserable on the phone the 2nd time I called there. I wasn’t on the phone w him for more than 1.5 mins and he cut me off time and time again and told me “you need to hurry up” ..he was very snappy about it.. I said “sir im just trying to clarify a couple things before my brother and I drive over an hour to spend alot of money on multiple items and services” …
I wasn’t even able to have answers .. he was very very rude and while I was asking a question he hung the phone up on me. …
So now we’ll take our business and money to another business who seems to care for their customers or even POTENTIAL customers.

We were on vacation and my son’s phone fell from the table and busted. He had went to several places and it was looking like it wasn’t going to be able to be fixed until we were able to get home and look for a place. Luckily he stopped here and talked with someone as the store was closing due to New Year’s Eve holiday. He told my son to come back on the 2nd and he would take care of fixing the phone just in time for us to leave for home on the 3rd. The price was what we consider to be extremely expensive for our family. It was quite a bit more than any of the other places that we had spoken to but ALL the other places were not going to be able to get it fixed in time for my son to use his phone GPS to get home. Batteries Plus came through for us. Sometimes you have to pay a lot for what you need.

Took my phone in to have the battery replaced. Did the same 4 years ago, however this time they took it upon themselves to fiddle around inside my phone. I picked it up and they told me my phone had an issue with the speaker but I showed them how I used it and it worked fine. Then they said I had an issue with the reversible camera. I told them I didn’t really use that function. I paid and when home then discovers the camera wouldn’t work at all. I took it back the next day and they basically give me the run around when I told them they had to fix it cause they screwed it up I will never do business with them again
