It is not disclosed upfront that the screens are second rate and have no where near the quality of the Apple factory screen. All colors are dull and pick quality on the screen is now very poor and the phone is no longer watertight. Also it is not disclosed upfront that if they touch your phone, Apple will never touch it after that. I know this because I called Apple to put the correct screen on and they refused. I would not recommend getting your screen replaced here. Only apple. 120 bucks wasted, so spend the extra 80 to have Apple do it. I will say that the people at this particular batteries plus were prompt and polite but like I said nothing was disclosed upfront as I would not have had it done by them if I knew what I was getting.

Will never go here again! The guys working were rude, laughed at me, when I took my phone in to see if they could fix it. The guy at the counter had this smurky smile on his face, went in the back to his coworker and I could hear them talking about me and my phone and laughing and he comes back out, hands the phone to me and says “ya we can’t fix this” Which is fine if they can’t but they didn’t need to have the smart a$$ attitude with that they did. I haven’t went back since and wont!!

I have no major complaints. Yes, the color quality of the screen is not necessarily a great as it was when I first got my phone. However it’s not horrible and the screen on my phone was so broken that it could not be used anymore. I’d take a slight decrease in color quality over a phone that can’t even be used.

The service was prompt and the associates were polite and helpful. I would go here again.
