Had my phone fixed here multiple times because every-time they would fix it the screen would stop working after a week. One day it started popping off so I took it back and they were annoyed because I kept coming in and they had the audacity to tell me my phone is bent. I took it to apple and they said it wasn’t bent and replaced the screen which now works perfect.
Just go to apple unless you wanna make several trips to people who don’t know what they are doing. You’ll need a lot of patience.
It’s a rare day in hell when a business does everything they can to remedy a situation.
Phone got broken during screen repair service somehow and they got me a replacement phone! Emailed super nice from the get-go super quickly and went beyond to help me out. I really appreciate the attitude, responsiveness, and overall kindness of everyone who works here. Thank you guys (:
Great experience, fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable, able to diagnose the issue with my battery plug port on iPhone 6S, change the battery, put on a new protective screen cover and clean my phone as part of the service. Price was great, under $90, and the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Thank you!
