I needed a new battery for my IPad, and dropped it off at the Perryville store on Thursday. I was told it would be ready next week. I got a call Saturday morning saying my Ipad was ready to be picked up. I was so pleased that the repair was done sooner than expected because I was going out of town, and was able to have it IPad with me to show my elderly mother some pictures, which would have been hard to see on the phone. The battery is holding the charge well. I am very pleased. The staff at the store was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

The people working in the store were very nice and polite. Got an appointment right away, and my battery was replaced in an hour as promised. Luckily I checked my phone though before I left the parking lot, because the tech forgot to put the sim card back in. Simple mistake, but I recommend you check this before leaving – just in case.
