Recently, while traveling I had some serious issues and ended up WITHOUT an active cell phone. As an older person, and as most people should realize, this can be a challenging, and potentially hazardous – even devastating dilemma. The business owner, George, understood my situation, and courteously extended his expertise, his time, and some intuitive information as well. As a small business owner, he did this on a SATURDAY – getting me back into the “communication loop” in a timely & inexpensive fashion. He then went beyond my expectations and followed up after business hours with text messages to make sure that my phone was properly setup and professionally activated so that I could move forward !!

Dropped my phone on Friday had a little black mark on the screen. I was using it on Saturday and put the phone down for awhile. When I went to use it again the screen was completely black. Took it to we fix it on Sebastian Blvd and it was was fixed on Monday! I was so happy to get it back on Monday and everything works great!
