I brought my phone in on a Tuesday and had it repaired there in a day. all seemed well, but two days later my phone wouldn’t turn on anymore out of nowhere and I assumed it had to do with the recent screen replacement (had the phone for two years with zero problems). Four days in a row, I walked into the office and found the employee sitting there doing nothing and when I asked him if he had any progress, all he had to say was a simple “no”. I had to prompt him to say anything and had to ask what was going on with my phone / if it might be related to the recent screen replacement. He simply replied “I have no idea, my manager needs to look at it” and in the days following: “my manager also doesn’t know what to do, but give us another day”. Two weeks later, I need to go buy a new phone.
These guys do not know what they’re doing and they have no idea how to manage time fixing your apple products. I assume I need a new phone, but I probably won’t find out from these guys for at least another couple days.
Bad prices, service, availability, timing, and zero professionalism.
I did all the shopping so trust this is the best place!!
