I came to this place because of the many amazing reviews. Unfortunately, I am wondering how this has any positive reviews considering the saga I’ve gone through with them. I came to get a screen replacement for an iPhone SE 2022 model. The gentleman said he’d take care of it and would call me the next day. Before I even got back home, he called me (about 10-15 minutes before the store closed) to tell me he had fixed it already and I could come get it. I live nearby so, I made my way back to pick it up. Clearly, the job was rushed because my phone was now overheating- an issue I had not had before as this phone was less than a year old. I called and brought it in again to be looked at the next day, the store replaced the phone for me and kept my original phone. However, when I got home and went through the process of connecting it to my mobile service, I realized the phone was an older model with less battery life, outdated processor and no 5G capability- a phone worth half the one I came in with originally. I called the store again asking for the same model phone as the one that they damaged, I was told to give them a few days. After several calls and lots of back and forth with no one taking responsibility, I asked for my old phone to be returned instead of getting a refund. I’d rather take it elsewhere to get it properly fixed than deal with a business consistently trying to bury their very clear mistake.

The worst part of the experience is feeling like I was strung along because I did not speak Spanish. I only got results when my Spanish speaking partner called to see what the issue was even though he did speak some English. He may have also assumed I had no basic knowledge of electronics and seemed surprised that I knew I was given an older model phone.

Be wary, all the 5 star reviews don’t speak to how this business is run. I found it very unprofessional and suspicious.

Ha, I live in the Washington Heiights neighborhood and my husband and our grand and great grand children all have devices. After checking around for quality services for phone and Ipad we gave this company a try.
We love the prices and the immediate repair for our items.
Yesterday, 7/29/2023 I took my damaged iPad to them around 2:30pm with the broken screen and by 5pm I was told the job was done. I went and picked up my iPad. I am very happy with their services.
In the past we had another iPad and phone repaired and the service was excellent.
We would recommend this fix-it shop to our family members and friends.

Called a couple of different places to inquire about a screen for a S20 Ultra and they had the best prices. I was on a time limit and they made sure to fit me in as soon as possible.
