I left my desktop here for a few days to replace two broken ports on my desktop. I was charged nearly 20 dollars for a cleaning (even though theres no actual menu price for it), I was encouraged to pay in cash, and never even had a receipt printed. I wasn’t even shown how much the part to replace it was(It was ordered online). When I came back to claim my desktop, my problem was ultimately fixed, but my wireless (wifi, bluetooth) magically stopped working. When I came back to ask what had happened, it said it “broke” (Note, my wireless was working just fine before I sent it here). But amazingly, he had just the spare driver lying around for my PCs EXACT same manufacturer. This led me to believe that he took something out when it was in his shop and sold me back my own part. I won’t be returning back here after this experience.

TL;DR, Shady business with subpar repairment service.

My work computer screen was cracked by my nephew the night before. I went to a few different computer repairs places as well as calling multiple places. Everyone requested days of repair plus super pricey. I needed my computer as soon as possible. I luckily came across West Haven computer repair. i was there before they even opened the doors. George was so nice and professional. He checked my computer right away, had the screen available and actually fixed my devise within 30 minutes. The price was reasonable especially for the fast service. He was God sent! My computer is like new. Actually has better screen resolution now. I totally recommend!

Of charge consulting and maintenance, most recently giving my IPhone a thorough cleaning, vastly improving its performance. I tried to pay him but he declined. Not the first time he has gone out of his way for me.
