Worst experience ever and worst service ever. I brought in a Nintendo dsi xl to get the top screen replaced. I bought the screen myself. He said he’d never worked on one before but that he would learn. When i came in to pick it up he said he lost the select button and when he turned it on to show me it works he messed up and put the bottom screen on top and put the top screen on bottom. Bottom screen is touch screen and top is not so bottom screen wasn’t touch screen anymore and you could tell by the yellowness on the top screen that he mixed them up since the bottom screen is way older. The bottom screen was brand new and perfect so I know he mixed them up and it wasn’t touch screen anymore. I told him that and he told me that he did ever Right that I don’t know what I’m talking bout that the bottom screen must have not worked before I brought it in. He was doing everything possible to not make it right. I told him to keep it cuz he messed it up completely I was extremely mad and will never go back. I don’t recommend to no one. Oh and he replied to this review saying I scammed his store. How did I scam your store when I told you to keep the console? You messed it up, lost a button on it and mixed up the screen all because you had no idea how to do it. How am I even gonna play it or even resale it without the button?!? That’s already a problem. You was not trying to fix the situation or nothing. Your reply to this message shows just how much of a professional you are.

The most excellent and pleasant service one can get! I used to get my phones fixed at his old location in Memphis, and I still came here instead of some closer places when I heard that he moved. I love this location- the shop is very clean and there is an ice cream shop close by that I walked to while waiting. My phone was fixed within 10 minutes for the most affordable price in the area. He is friendly, helpful, and so funny! I always recommend this place to all my friends whenever they ask

came in with a cracked iPhone 11. The guys were super sweet and funny. Got my phone fixed in 10 minutes for 99 dollars .I know most places charge twice as much and may even keep your phone for an extended amount of days.. Recommend for anyone that’s in a rush and needs something fixed fast. Will come back if needed.
