Took a brand new laptop to get him to add more storage. He opened it, looked at it and said it couldn’t be done. He charged me for opening up the laptop, even though he did nothing. I took it to micro center where they showed me exactly where the extra storage went and how I was, in fact, able to add the storage. This guy should have been honest and told me that he didn’t know where to put the additional storage in the laptop. I would have had more respect for the honesty and he would have gain my respect and even a returning customer.
I have been going here for years now and love it. He fixed our laptops, desktop, and cell phones. It’s definitely the most affordable, reliable place around.
