I came in with an iPhone 12 Pro with screen issues. I’ve been having issues where the screen was misclicking, FaceTime not working, touch not being registered and not working in some places. Brother Bashaar (the owner) ran me through the diagnosis, the solution, and cost upfront. He replaced my screen back to perfect condition with an active FaceTime feature. About 3 weeks later, I went in again because my screen again cracked, and he fixed it with no hesitation. I would recommend Bashaar’s services 10/10 times. Fair man, exemplary work, and actually cares and respects for his clients. I would recommend him every time, and I will continue to recommend and utilize his services.

Great place! I was in there for less than 15 minutes. Was scared and thinking I needed a new battery or charger port and he explained it was just software. All day it would not turn on or show any sign of life. It may seem like a little thing but it was wonderful and I was so happy walking out. I called an he said he would take a look before charging anything. So helpful an thorough making sure I understood what happened and what to do to prevent it from happening again. I have been unable to let my phone die for a year because the power button was broken. The day finally came when it lost all charge, and I had to look up a repair place to get it fixed. Not only was this store close to my work but I was able to get in and out on my lunch break with time to spare! The technician was so nice and transparent in his process, continually making sure I was aware of what he was doing and that I approved. Excellent service at a bargain price.
