The guys in Owatonna MN were absolutely the best! My phone was a hot mess to say the least. It was about 2:30, with closing time of 3. But they were willing to stay over an extra hour to help me. I ended up having to get a new phone, I apologized for keeping them late today, but they were both very kind and accommodating! My thanks to them both!!
Adrian was a lifesaver! Got me up and running again and took extra steps to relieve my anxiety over all my pictures in my phone. He offered options with no pressure sales and understood what I needed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or want. He’s sold me a couple of phones now and I enjoy seeing a friend now when I go in to the store.
Had a great experience with Joel. He was super friendly, very informational, and able to do alot of multi-tasking for us asking alot of different variables in regards to our plan and changes/upgrade options. He was HONEST and that will have more return business from me than trying to push something on me.
