Dylan was very responsive and helpful, and is clearly knowledgeable. He identified that my last repair job from another shop was using cheaper, third party components, and that they did not replace the sealing glue on my Samsung Galaxy phone. So far, his repair job is holding up better than the last place I went to.

He also let me observe the repair and test my phone mid-process to ensure that it worked as expected – first shop that did that. This probably saved a lot of time as I was able to answer questions and make decisions about the repair process on the spot.

I lost a key component of Windows 11 on my Lap Top during an update, I turned off Lap Top when it said not to….

Fortunately I had Microsoft 365 in the cloud and on 4 other devices. I could overcome this problem. I tried many solutions on my own to no avail on my key laptop.It was an ugly few weeks!

I finally went to the Tech Wizard from advice from local Verizon Wireless store tech.

It was worth the $50 for his knowledge. Now my $1,500 lap top is working.He told me how he fixed it.
