This place is DISHONEST. They broke, fried the motherboard, or stole parts out my phone. What they failed to realize prior to bringing it to them, I checked the charge….it charged fine, it turned on fine. I looked at the pictures in the phone of my kids, that’s what made me what to finally get the screen fixed. I took it there with ONLY the screen cracked and verified it worked or I would not have taken it. I get a call that the motherboard is fried and charging issues, but how, none of those things were the case when I gave it to them. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
My experience: So many bad reviews lately… I don’t get it.. it’s decent at worst it’s fast and easy took only 3 days wich is crazy
My friends experience: took 1 week for some reason and rude workers
My sister: they scrapped her phone she just got for doing hard work on the yard for a month bc she couldn’t come in time.
My moms: it was great and fast.
From what I’ve seen The owner likes to lie when replying to reviews to shake things off, which is a little devious. I took my phone here to get it fixed there were NOT any viruses or too many issues but the customer service was quite terrible the workers were very rude D:
