Had a screen replaced by them, paid them, and upon pick up the screen was fixed but the password for the phone wasn’t our set password, nor was the wallpaper. Its almost as if they used parts from a used phone. So we couldn’t get into the phone. Brought the phone back to them so they could try to fix it. Which they never did. They never reached out again. It’s been 9 months and they still have the phone, and my money. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. Extremely unprofessional.

I have been twice, once to replace the antenna on my s22 ultra because it was not getting signal and then a few months later because the screen cracked just right to damage the lcd display and needed replacement. Both times I was extremely happy with the service and communication. Prices are very reasonable and I have not had any issues with the repairs. Although I hope not to have any more issues, I would happily return and highly recommend!
