Thomas, the computer geek, was incredibly helpful. He was able to spot the issue with the laptop within seconds. I mean, the guy knows his stuff. Guess what I’m using to write this review with? You right. My baby laptop. It took about one business day from the drop off to the pick up. The price was more than reasonable. Thomas gives 90 day warranty. I would also like to add that Thomas was SUPER courteous, kind, and helpful. He gave me a call once he spotted the issue and when it was all good to go. Oh, I almost forgot, he doesn’t charge to diagnose the problem with your device. If I ever have an issue with any of my devices, I will be calling XT Repairs.

A+ customer service! My outdated Macbook Pro needed new updated software and Thomas let me know up front that I could lose some apps. I was fine with that and wanted it updated. I lost my mail app that had very important files that he was able to recover for me at no additional charge. This will definitely be my go to place for any computer needs. Repairs are done quickly at a very reasonable price. I chose this place based on the reviews I read and they were all correct.
