Took my laptop in for diagnostics on why it would not power up. I performed basic but needed a professional to do a deeper one. They had my laptop 24hrs but did not go any gather then I did. Implied they did not have the tools to do a deep diagnostic. Suggested to me pay more money on parts when they did not test those parts on my laptop. If you need basic work then they are okay otherwise look elsewhere.
Unfortunately, my computer was not repairable at a reasonable price but they put a fair amount of time into it, and only charged me a $35 check out charge. I am buying the same kind of computer, and will definitely consult with them on any setup/data transfer concerns I have. They are good people.
Incredibly helpful and professional every time we ever need to call them for any reason. They always keep us up and running in a fast and productive manner and are always willing to go out of their way to get someone on site right away to get a problem solved when necessary.
