First of all i only gave it 1 star because i was forced to, but shall we continue, We took my computer to be upgraded i wanted to upgrade the GPU from a gtx 750 to a gtx 980 ti, anyway, we gave him all the (expensive) parts because he swore that he could do it, i personally don’t think he could, but he said he could, so i TRUSTED Kevin (that was a mistake) after we left we realized what a JOKE of a receipt Kevin gave us, the receipt said paid $100 yeah $100 dollars which he said wasn’t even good enough he wanted $150 but he took the $100 anyway which he would only accept in cash by the way. that should of sent up a red flag right there. when we left he said it would be ready Friday (2 days) with the slight chance of Monday, we called Kevin Monday, “i haven’t got the part yet it will be ready tomorrow” i called Kevin Tuesday “”i haven’t got the part yet it will Definitely be ready
tomorrow” Kevin didn’t answer his phone Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, granted Thursday and Friday were Christmas Eve and Christmas. when we went down there that Monday he said well i had a death in my family but when we brought him a laptop to be fixed a year prior he used the same exact excuse. its no surprise we TOOK our parts.
Don’t ever use Yucaipa Computer Services, you will be ripped off Kevin Brennan is a con artist.
P.S. the Better Business Bureau (BBB) gave Kevin a d+ but a d is a d, plus and minus doesn’t matter.

I have used this shop for a multitude of computer and communications equipment issues over the past 6 years. They do upgrades and find the best prices on new equipment. They listen carefully to your specifications and sell the RIGHT product to solve the RIGHT PROBLEM. Sometimes I cannot hardly believe the prices they offer. But then the equipment arrives and works first time out of the box. Their main guy, Kevin, supports all of the equipment they provide. He knows exactly exactly what to do when a computer gets slow or gets a virus. The guy is so tall he can reach into the ceiling to install cables without a stepladder. It’s amazing to see him get the work done. So I would recommend this firm as a top-notch business partner for any firm that needs reliable I.T. talent for a competitive price.

These KEVIN IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF ARTIST!!! I took a Computer to them for Upgades that I had been using for Theroputic purposes to assist me in dealing with PTSD issues. After I made my Final payment for the Upgrades to be made Kevin, not only found one excuse after the other as to why I couldn’t pick up the Machine. This BOZO wound up loosing the Computer! I have Witnesses that testify to fact that I actually went his Shop more than several times to pick up this Machine that hashad very irreplaceable information on it that I had been for Theroputic purposes. You Kevin have caused me psychology injury that has unfortunately began to manifest it’s self physically. Yes Kevin you will be Sued!!
