SHORT VERSION: He’s genuinely nice and super helpful. Super informative. If I have any issues with my phone, I will definitely go to him.

LONG VERSION: I had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G. My phone would turn off on it’s own whenever I closed my phone. It would only turn on if I had it connected to a charger. I called and he explained to me that there are issues with the fold and the flip phones — that it had to be due to the hinge.

He was so knowledgeable and gave me a price estimate over the phone. Of course, he explained that I should come in person because they’ll have a better idea of what the issue is.

To fix the hinge issue without having a warranty, it’s pretty pricy. At that point, I knew that I probably needed to get a new phone. I guess he knew it too since he asked me what mobile carrier I had.

He was so real and honest, and looked it up and explained to me that my carrier was not having any deals at the moment. He asked what phone I was interested in, and with that he told me pros and cons. I really was glad to get his insight.

Of course, with my luck, the same day I called him… that night, my phone just would not turn on at all even when I connected it to my charger!

I came in, and he somehow got it turned on for me! I was very thankful! He showed me on eBay the phones that I can possibly get next. And letting me know which are reliable and that has warranty. He did all of this free of charge! He really didn’t have to do any of that, but he truly wants to help you out! Brandon is legit!

I originally gave 5 Stars. I had them diagnose my laptop where they said it was my GPU that went bad and I should build a new PC with them.The guy was really nice but I decided to save up for a new PC. I went home and months later my computer friend who was gone at the time came over. I told him what happened and he found out my screen was the issue and not the GPU. I just replaced the screen myself for $90 vs building a PC at over 1500 with them. It works just fine now!!!! Seems like they didn’t even look into my computer because this was ao obvious after my friend told me to just plug the laptop into HDMI. If they told me it was the screen and actually diagnosed it I would’ve even paid for them to replace the screen! Instead you get a 1 star review for your bad diag work! Do better and Dont he lazy. Won’t be coming back after this. Really a shame because the employee helping me was very nice.

I called Tuesday the day after Labor Day a young main answer the phone I kindly asked him whom am I speaking with he was very hesitant and then gave me an attitude and said Brandon. I said I hate to bother you but do you have one or two minutes I have a quick question, and Brandon says “well we don’t have a lot of time to be on the phone but what can I help you with quickly”so I just hung up that was rude and ignorant Believe it or not I have never in my life had somebody in customer service Tell me something like that. Most of the time if that was the case they would say we’re kind of busy can we give you a call back, or they would ask me to give them a call back a little bit later. I will certainly not use them.
