I was in need of printer hook up assistance and had gone to the manufacturer website for tech support. Well, I guess it was a hacked sight as I was flipped to a 3rd party vendor that was trying to scam me. I called ProTech IT and Frank actually took my call while working at a jobsite. A 3-way call was initiated and Frank confirmed the scam. Later, with much skill and knowledge, Frank solved my issues as well as gave me some knowledge myself ! I highly recommend this company, and the fact they are veteran owned is a huge PLUS!
Super chill and was really flexible. Fixed my cracked LCD Macbook Air screen and it looks as good as new. I recommend coming to this place to get your laptops fixed.
