I paid IN ADVANCE for two LG phones to be fixed and for three cases for.our phones. This was in early November. In late December I finally got my phone back and a refund for the repair service. I see Edric and ask where are my cases and its always “tomorrow”. Well, tomorrow never comes. I would not recommend this man to ANYONE. He has my $45/for the cases I paid for and the cases which I will never see. He’s a crook. Stay far away!

Edit: Added 3-6-16. After my reviews, Edric refunded an additional $20 and gave me my cases…the WRONG cases. He promised to have them overnighted. That’s been almost two months ago. After a visit from my husband a couple of weeks later, he told us that the supplier was out of stock. Two weeks ago he said ” Thursday “. Saw him yesterday, he said ” Tuesday”. This man is the biggest liar and the worst businessman. Tomorrow I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. My advice is to steer clear of this person and their business. Crooked liar thief.

Oh, and here’s a funny…he’s now doing taxes! Ummm…no thanks. You’re already ripping people off on your bogus repair business. You’re not getting my money for that too.

I can clearly see this guy has great potential and probably can do the work. The problem is that he is a one man show and takes on too many customers. He is not equipped to handle the volume and in return we, the customer, get the run around when trying to call him and a lot of excuses when we finally reach him. He makes a lot of promises but so far for me has lived up to none. I guess you would call him a liar at this point. He is extremely unprofessional. There is more to professionalism that speaking well. He is cheap but you basically have to stalk him to get your product fixed or returned. I took my laptop in for one issue and when I came to get it there was a whole other set of issues unrelated to what I had brought it in for. He promised to have is fixed in 24 hours. I was on the way to him and called to ensure he was in office, he was but on that Saturday he informed me that it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. I decided at that moment that I would just show up and take my stuff home. 3 weeks working with this guy for nothing. I ended up ordering a new one and calling it good. Pay the money for a more professional person or just buy new.

Worse experience of my life!!!!! I brought my Playstation 4 and was guaranteed same day service, that was four weeks ago!! This guy is always tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. Nothing he says is true. He has lied multiple times, as well as avoided my phone calls. He gave me a tracking number that was invalid and my Playstation is now missing. I have called and messaged and nothing. He took my money and I received nothing, but horrible service!!!!! I am at the point where legal action is going to have to be taken. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!
