Arlee, I don’t know if you’ll ever read this buddy but thank you, from the long hair Israeli dude with the problematic Beats Buds.

I had purchased Studio Beat Buds at this Best Buy, and they were functioning well at first and then started having this weird crackling sound after I did a firmware update.

I came back to the store to replace them, Arlee helped me and it was a breeze, in and out in no more than a minute.

Unknowingly, I did the same update again on the new pair and only then realized that it is the update that’s causing me all these issues. If you happen to get the same pair, I don’t recommend you do the update. (The Buds themselves are terrific otherwise).

I came in today for a third and final replacement and Arlee was there again, and once again he was delightful and everything was quick and easy.

Give Arlee a promotion!

Walked in looking for something specific. Was met with someone asking what I needed at the door. He pointed to general direction. I walk over and it’s not the right section, so I walk back to the man and ask if he could specifically show me where it is. He continues to point AGAIN to the general direction saying it’s by a sign. I walk over AGAIN and it’s not there. I had to flag down two other guys to help me to find out they didn’t have what I needed, which is fine. It’d be nice if they can actually HELP people who don’t know what they’re doing inside there. I understand there’s construction, but the man who I’m pretty sure was the manager, was just standing there talking to another associate when he could have easily helped me find out if what I needed was there or not. Awful customer service, DO NOT recommend anyone coming here.

Buyers beware:

They’re going through a remodel so they will NOT have correct prices displayed and they don’t care that they’re being dishonest. You will also spend WAY too long standing at the register waiting while all the other employees stand around talking and joking with each other (counter at least 4-5 by the door, not interacting with customers), then to find that the price on the shelf was wrong. Elijah was rude to me and basically told me he didn’t care that they had advertised it wrong and “manager” Thomas (smelly guy with a black eye) was rude and informed me he also didn’t care and “I’m doing a 5 million dollar renovation so I can’t be bothered to change the displayed prices for you, I’m not required to.”
