I was incredibly impressed by the kindness and service that I received when working with Green Eggs and Ram. My home printer was not working and needed repair. I first placed a call to the store and spoke with a gentleman who was super kind and patient with all of my questions. After this phone call, I felt very confident in taking my printer to the store.
Upon taking my printer in, I spoke with another kind gentleman and he let me know that they were about a week out for servicing printers. However, about five to ten minutes after leaving the store, he called me to let me know that he was able to fix my printer’s issue with a small adjustment to a roller inside the printer. I was incredibly grateful that he repaired my printer so quickly, and to have it back in use!
Furthermore, I greatly appreciated his honesty in what needed to be done to get my printer up and going again, and because the adjustment didn’t require much time or repair, he did not charge me for his help.
I feel very confident in recommending this business based on the kindness and honesty of the two gentlemen that I worked with. They turned a very frustrating situation into a very pleasant experience. Thank you for your wonderful service and help!
