I contacted GR phones Campbelltown about replacing the battery in my iPhone X after seeing their advert offering iPhone X battery replacements for $60. I contacted them via their Google page and they confirmed this price in writing. Within 7 days of receiving this quote I went into their store and was advised that the price is $90 and that the quote was a mistake made by another staff member.
I understand mistakes happen but still expected the quote to be honoured particularly knowing that such mistakes are uncommon seeing the stores many excellent reviews.
