Went yesterday to ask if my computer that got some water spilled can be fixed. The guy at the reception was unfriendly before I even asked anything and when I was telling him what happened, he appeared completely uninterested and apathetic. He didn’t even care to ask for details like how much water or where, instead he cut my story short said it has no fix and he can only offer to recover my data, then attended the phone and ignored me. I left the place very disappointed, but decided to take action on my own. I used a fan over night to try dry any water left on my computer, and on the next day my computer turned on, still with some issues possible to some data corruption. I decided to reset the computer to my factory defaults (I did not have any valuable data that I needed to rescue) and to my surprise it’s been working without problems for hours, while using it for many tasks. Currently I’m writing this review from this computer which is very satisfying, I will never come back to this store, here goes a very well deserved 1 star.
The service I received at IT Warehouse was brilliant from start to finish. I had some idea of what I wanted in a new laptop and Michael respected that whilst also offering some upgrades to enhance performance. I am really enjoying my lovely new Infinity laptop and totally needed that extra storage. Great service IT Warehouse, kept me informed with regards to its arrival in store all the way through. I also had a small amount of dealing with another helpful staff member (Darren?) when Michael wasn’t available. Well done guys!
The service at IT Warehouse is second to none!! I’m an older person who purchased a new laptop & l was treated seriously & was shown great courtesy & respect from the moment l set foot in the door. Their sales approach is straightforward & honest – So Refreshing!! No gimmicks & they don’t push any unnecessary “add-ons.” If you need anything in the computer line, head straight to IT Warehouse!!!
