I had a battery replaced for an old iPhone 6 from you guys and took the phone back to you after because once it went flat it wouldn’t charge back up. I left the phone there again only to be told it was a faulty phone, not a battery. Well it had worked fine until I took it to you guys, which in turn you also pressured me to get a new screen glass cover. So new battery cost – new screen cover – now apparently a phone that’s faulty. Nothing they could do. Fast forward to taking it to a new phone repair shop to see if I could at least save my photos. NO battery in phone! So you charged me for this, then took it out? Btw… you’re full of lies to get a buck because phone now has a battery and it’s working just fine! Fancy that. Photos saved for me, bad review for you! That’s just dishonest and I would never recommend this as a reputable business. Don’t even bother replying in some defence, you’re actions aren’t redeemable.

I had to replace the back cover of my samsung s23 + as competely smashed. I was very impressed with the service. Nice surprise in this day and age. My phone looks brand new and they use legitimate parts. I thought the price was very reasonable as well. I had been told it would be far more expensive. Cant recommend enough. Thank you.

The service quality is excellent and I’ve had no issues going forward. These guys do an amazing job. Hence why I keep coming back.
