I was refused service because I came in with my own replacement screen, after being told at several other shops that the order would take up to two weeks. Employe claimed this is due to past incidents where parts brought in by a customer were faulty and they were blamed for it. I told them I am willing to sign a waiver or do something else to ensure there is no problem, but no luck. They were polite but the service was unsatisfactory
Excellent service! I took my iPhone 14 in for a screen repair, and they fixed it perfectly within an hour. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend for quick and reliable phone repairs!
Replaced battery in very short time. I also got a case and two charging cords for my rather elderly Galaxy. Both of these have been very hard to find previously. Pleasant staff and good prices.
