i would like to share my very pleasant and very courteous and professional service i received from the team at Future Computers this week.
I was extremely happy with their very prompt and excellent customer service.
I highly recommend the team at Future Computers , they have very friendly staff and their technicians are highly skilled in their profession, especially Ben, who took the time to actually come out and meet with me, listen to my requests and carried out my requirements to a T.
I have another laptop requiring some attention also, i will give you all one guess at where it will be going.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Future Computers. While I understand that they have a lot of customers and that can sometimes cause delays, their lack of timely responses and failure to fix issues promptly is frustrating.

What makes this situation even worse is the rude behavior of their receptionists. It’s one thing to struggle with high demand, but to pair subpar service with poor customer service is unacceptable. A little courtesy and professionalism can go a long way, and unfortunately, Future Computers seems to be lacking in both areas.

I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their service and customer interactions.
