About a month and half ago I went to this store with a seemingly badly water damaged iPhone 12 Pro Max. The phone had become unresponsive to most touches, had really bad screen flickering, and was pressing things on its own.

The previous day I had gone to an “Offical Apple Repair store” and the “expert” ran some “tests” in front of me through the Settings app that said the phone would cost $1200 to fix, so they recommended just upgrading instead.

Not wanting to do that I looked at third party options and this store was close, so I thought I give it a try. When I entered the store the man was incredibly honest with me. He told me that it would cost ~$100 for a service to dry the phone and inspect the parts for damage, and his initial hypothesis was ~$200 to replace something related to the screen that he thought would be the issue but it may not even be fixable because water damage can be uncertain. I said yes to the service and left him with my phone for an hour.

When I came back, he greeted me with a smile and the great news that after his service the phone was working. No extra ~$200 needed. This to me is a testament to their true desire to help customers. He could’ve easily made me pay the extra $200 and I would’ve never known, he fixed what was actually broken at a reasonable cost to fix it. As a bonus, he also fixed my speakers and my Face ID (something the “offical apple repair store” said would cost me an additional $500).

I’m currently using the same phone they fixed to write this review, and they’ve truly won a customer for life. I’ve forgotten your name but thank you so much for fixing my phone, you saved me a lot of money.

Got my screen replaced from here, within a week the phone was extremely touchy, calling people when the phone was in my pocket. Called multiple people 5 times within an hour. As well as a pink LED bar showing up. Screen was extremely low quality. Few weeks later dropped it from a coffee table onto carpet and the screen cracked. Eventually the screen of phone became unusable within a month of replacement. Extremely poor customer service after asking for some sort of help with the issue. Not covered under any warranty and refused to help. Went into camberwell store and called the CBD store. Both extremely poor to work with. Won’t be going back. As can see with other reviews I am not the only person this has happened to

Went here due to excellent reviews on Google.
I took my Pixel 6 in due to the battery expanding which is a known issue for this model. They were so helpful as I dropped it off at the end of the day, and they even transferred the phone to the CBD store so I could pick it up while I was working on the city the next day!
I can honestly say the pricing and customer service is the best I have ever seen from a phone repair shop.
