The best in the game. Shaun is a class act and a his service is a cut above the rest.

I was in Canberra (out of town), my phone was smashed and unusable. I was teaching at ANU all afternoon until 6pm. Could not get into the city to have my phone fixed before 6pm when Canberra basically shuts. Not only that, I had no way of communicating/locating stores outside of the CBD. All my cards, ID, banking etc were on my phone.

Shaun was switched on, he stayed back until 6:30 to give me time to arrive. He was waiting with a replacement phone that I could use overnight while he fixed my phone.

He supplied and expertly installed an original Apple glass screen. Phone works like new. All for an outrageously cheap $130.

He also books a follow up to check on the repair and service and includes a full warranty on parts and labour. To be fair, this is better than what you would get from Apple.

If your phone, mac, iPod (really anything tech) is broken, take it to the real Apple genius…Shaun. You will not be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Shaun highly enough.

Needed to have a Nintendo controller repaired after it had been dropped. Shaun kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and kept me updated as progress was being made. The service itself was really quick (only 1.5 days).

It was decided that the cost to buy to parts for the repair would be more expensive than purchasing a brand new controller which he made me aware of. He suggested purchasing a new controller as it would be more economical for me as the customer. He even said he wouldn’t charge me for the original diagnostic of the controller.

Overall really good service, efficient and friendly. I’m really happy he put my needs as the customer first. I would happily come back to Seki Gadgets in the future.

I had phoned around for a battery replacement service, received expensive quotes with no guarantee that the screen would not crack. Nothing like this at Seki Gadgets. Just straightforward, competent service at very fair prices. Phone was ready the very same day which I really appreciated as I did not have a physical SIM to put into the replacement phone that was offered for the day (at no cost!).
