I was in the market for a monitor and a printer and visited the store to meet with VJ. He was incredibly helpful and guided me to the best products for my needs. He was able to offer a superior deal compared to Officeworks, which even included next day delivery. However, he mentioned that his manager, John, would confirm the delivery within an hour, but I never received a call from John that day. When I followed up the next morning, John seemed unaware of the home delivery, despite it being on the sales order, and delved into irrelevant internal company matters. Due to John’s lack of communication, I was unable to acquire the items when I needed them, which meant an inconveniencing trip to Clayton and back to pick up and return a GoGet. It was a needless adventure, to say the least.

To make things clear, the 5 stars are for VJ, he was such a lovely person, and the staff around seemed nice too. John does not get any stars; I would have told him to cancel the deal on the morning phone call if it wasn’t for VJ.

I had the pleasure to a 5-star service by one of their tech guys , Eliott. I really appreciate the support. Though it seemed their boss wan’t too keen I’ve been very well attended to. If I could give a single star rating to the boss alone, I’d do that,but this one’s for the shop as a whole. Boss man, talk to your staff in private next time, don’t be a show-off. Once again , many thanks to the tech support guys of Centre com in Clayton.

Amazing experience at Centre Com today- Vijay was incredibly helpful and kind. I went in confused and not at all tech savvy but Vijay took his time explaining everything to me in terms I understood. He was mindful of my budget and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Couldn’t recommend highly enough- give the man a raise!
