Came to get a replacement phone as mine was overheating, they gave me a replacement, the new replacement had a factory fault which would of voided warranty as the sim tray wasnt sealing and was leaving a gap, I ended up coming back to store after an hour to show staff, the first manager i dealt with in the beginning he ended up having an attitude, and refused to give a replacement as he thought this was ridiculous after walking off. Second manager came out, she was absolutely wonderful saw the issue, checked if anything could be done, unfortunately nothing was able to be done about it and she ended up giving another replacement phone. We unboxed the phone while we were there, everything was fine upon inspection. (To the first manager who stared us down, while unboxing the phone with his arms crossed, settle down.)

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting and dealing with Amrit (Hope I have the right name, Tall, wears a Turban) for my phone purchase. His customer service is absolutely outstanding, and product knowledge is on point. His friendly nature made the whole process hassle-free. He made sure I had my phone ready to go even after close, where will you get that?! Thanks to everyone who stayed back to process the payment for me, even after some glitches. Honestly, a bunch of legends!

Management, please take note, these kinds of employees are rare and worth their weight in gold!

Went to buy a phone in a pink oodie, and was patiently waiting to be served. I spoke to 4 staff members that told me, it shouldn’t be too long to be served. I then over heard a staff member (male) say to another customer that was telling them I was waiting a long time, which he replied “we’re purposely waiting it out”
What I thought would be a quick trip turned into an almost hour wait just to be served & they were not busy! Never been judged by my appearance until not & I am honestly so hurt by that!
