We were served by a lovely man named Julian in which helped us with ease on a device that was on a plan with Telstra. We have been having troubles turning the device on and Telstra were no help at all!! He didn’t charge us a thing for the consolation and had absolutely amazing service. If I could give Julian a 5.5 star review I would. This guy needs a pay rise as well as a promotion!!! He is absolutely amazing. Experimac thank you again!
Thank you to the guys at Experimac today. I had a very sad son who thought all was lost when his iPad froze in restore mode. Karen and Martin, both working on a Sunday, couldn’t have been more helpful and we left with the issue fixed. Thanks again for everything, it was very much appreciated.
Fan replaced on laptop, excellent customer service, and the absolute best price. Don’t go to leading edge ever they will rip you off but not these guys! I’m extremely happy to go back to Experimac if I need anything to do with computers or laptops. The best in Dubbo!
