I contacted chilli power computers about building a custom loop water cooled pc and was very impressed. I had contacted more than a few other businesses about this build and all said they did not want the responsibility or did not have the experience to do it. When I contacted chilli power I was very impressed. Jason knew what I was talking about and delivered an amazing product. I also asked if I could be present during the build. Given I spent so much money on it, I wanted to see it being put together. Jason was more than accommodating, something his competitors would not allow. The photos I attached show the end product. Jason was also upfront on how much this would cost and did not charge hourly. Needless to say I’m very happy with the service and will be recommending them to anyone asking.

These guys are amazing. They built a fantastic computer for my son before Christmas and also saved my crashed computer hard drive with important files and photos cheaper than anyone else. All of this was dealt with by my wife. Today I walked in with a cheap laptop as a dear friend had gone into a nursing home and he loved playing old disc solitaire games, and his room didn’t allow anything bigger than that, and I told them his story and how I couldn’t load the solitaire games he so loved. They sorted this for free without me even telling them that I was in fact a previous and regular customer. They probably did this because they could see that I was doing the right thing and they wanted to also assist, but this also proves that these guys are genuine and caring.

After loosing my computer guru of 30+ years when he retired I was fretting about finding a new person to help me with my tech problems. Where would I find someone who was good, fast, and not overcharge me? As someone who isn’t particularly tech savvy I realised I was an easy target to be taken advantage of. I found the excellent reviews re Jason and Mark from Chilli Power Computing here on Google and thought I’d give them a try. My worries are over! Totally professional, transparent, efficient, knowledgeable, speedy and affordable. They have just gained a new long term customer. I highly recommend them! I’m so happy and relieved.
