Amazing experience at Hi-Touch Karingal. I usually buy and install screen protectors from Amazon but the ones I had ordered didn’t fit my new Pixel 8 (they were not sticking flat along the edges). I rang Hi-Touch and asked how much they charge for a Pixel 8 screen protector and was quoted $25. I went to the store and the tech person tried to put a protector on but couldn’t get the edges to stick. They then put another one on that fit perfectly. I paid the $25 and as I was about to leave I asked the tech why the second one worked and the first one didn’t. She told me that the second one was a more premium product and usually cost $39 but since she quoted me $25 on the phone, that’s what she charged me. Such great customer service and a great job with the protector. Attached photos show that you can barely tell there’s a protector on compared with the protector I had got from Amazon that clearly has poor adhesion along the edges and a big cutout where the camera is.

I’m very disappointed that I paid for a deposit for my phones camera to be fixed, they asked me to book in a time for it to be fixed with I did and I arrived to find they’re not even open. Website hours say 9-5, it’s 10am now and no one is here and no one answered the mobile number. Very upset and wouldn’t recommend having to re-organise your day around them, only for them to not even be there on opening hours with no contact. Very unprofessional. If I could give 1/2 a star I would!

Had a great experience with Tim today. I have both an iPhone and Samsung that were playing up and not charging. He cleaned out both the charging ports for me and also helped me pick a wireless charging dock that was compatible with both phones so I shouldn’t have any more issues.
